Most animated icons include Idle, Look Around, Angry, and Excited states.

Animation coverage and frame counts vary by character. Most states contain between 5–7 frames.

Animation Coverage

Animated icons are designed around four simple gameplay-friendly states:

• Idle — default loop and subtle movement
• Look Around — personality and eye movement
• Angry — danger, charge, or reaction state
• Excited — reward, success, or positive feedback state

Every base character includes the four above animation states, included in the pack are also an energy coin, skull, bomb with a skull on it, and a stone chest, these contain custom animations for each.

Frame counts vary by character and state, typically ranging from 5–7 frames.

Source files are included so creators can recolor icons, adjust animation timing, create additional states, build new variants, and export custom sprite sheets.

HaddyForge Production Workflow

This pack was built through a hybrid workflow combining art direction, Aseprite editing, manual refinement, custom export tooling, programmatic optimization pipelines, and quality review.

Generative AI-assisted techniques may be used during concept exploration, animation expansion, variant generation, and workflow acceleration. Final assets are reviewed, adjusted, optimized, and packaged for practical game development use.

License Summary

Allowed: personal projects, commercial games, client work, editing, and modification.

Not Allowed: redistribution, resale, repackaging into other asset packs, or uploading to asset-sharing sites.

Attribution is not required, but always appreciated.
